Inserting and ejecting CF cards

Inserting CF cards

Insert a CF card into the card slot on the front panel to use it for
playback and ripping.
NOTE
You can insert CF cards whether the power is ON or OFF.
1. Pull the card slot door forward to open it.

Insert the CF card with the label facing up and the
contacts facing in.
3.
Close the card slot door.
3 – Preparations

Ejecting CF cards

Either turn the power off, OR stop all operations before ejecting
a CF card.
CAUTION
Never remove a CF card when the unit is in use (playing back,
writing data to the card, etc.). Doing so could cause ripping to
fail, recorded data to be damaged, sudden loud noises to be
emitted from monitoring equipment, damage to equipment and
harm to hearing.
1. Pull the card slot door forward to open it.
2. To eject a CF card, press the square button located at the
right of the card slot. The CF card will be partially ejected.
3. Pull the CF card out the rest of the way.

Using the security screw

The included security screw can be used to lock the card slot
door. Use a Phillips screwdriver to install or remove the security
screw.
