Chapter 21 Bandwidth Management
DESCRIPTION
Select Maximum Bandwidth or Minimum Bandwidth and specify the maximum
or minimum bandwidth allowed for the rule in kilobits per second.
Enter the starting IP address of the destination computer.
The NBG6616 applies bandwidth management to the service or application that is
entering this computer.
Enter the ending IP address of the destination computer.
The NBG6616 applies bandwidth management to the service or application that is
entering this computer.
This is the port number of the destination that define the traffic type, for example
TCP port 80 defines web traffic.
Enter the starting IP address of the computer that initializes traffic for the
application or service.
The NBG6616 applies bandwidth management to traffic initiating from this
computer.
Enter the ending IP address of the computer that initializes traffic for the
application or service.
The NBG6616 applies bandwidth management to traffic initiating from this
computer.
This is the port number of the source that define the traffic type, for example TCP
port 80 defines web traffic.
Select the protocol (TCP, UDP, BOTH) for which the bandwidth management rule
applies.
If you select BOTH, enter the protocol for which the bandwidth management rule
applies. For example, ICMP for ping traffic.
Click Apply to save your customized settings.
Click Cancel to exit this screen without saving.
