Scanning in Hands-Free Mode

Assembling the Stand

One piece scanner
"cup" with flexible neck.
Note: efore tightening the wingnut under the base, ensure that the flat

areas on the flexible neck fit securely in the grooves in the base.

1. Unscrew the wingnut
from the bottom of the
one piece scanner
"cup".
2. Insert the neck of the
scanner "cup" into the
tubular neck
enclosure.
3. Fit the bottom of the
neck piece into the
opening on the top of
the stand base.
4. Tighten the wingnut
underneath the base
to secure the cup and
neck piece to the base
(see the note below).
5. Bend the neck to the
desired position for
scanning.
