The warranty registration card supplied with the machine must be returned to Jackson MSC within 30 days to validate the warranty. REPLACEMENT PARTS WARRANTY Jackson replacement parts are warranted for a period of 90 days from the date of installation or 180 days from the date of shipment from the factory, which ever occurs first.

It is also recommended that a shock absorber (not supplied with UNPACKING THE DISHMACHINE: Once the machine has been the CJ-20 model) be installed in the incoming water line. TO PREPARE PUMPS FOR OPERATION The CJ-20 dishmachine is supplied with detergent and rinse additive peristaltic pumps. Locate the open ends of the chemical tubes, insert the end of each tube onto the hub on the brass weight, and place each one in the appropriate container.
CHEMICAL TIMER ADJUSTMENTS In general, it should not be necessary to alter the machine settings. The factory setting have been established to give the best results. IMPORTANT: To avoid wasting chemicals, remove tubes from soap and rinse-agent bottles before using the Service Mode. The sys- tem will always give an initial dose during the first cycle after switch-on, even though the wash tank may still be full.
INSTALLATION CHECKLIST CHECK OFF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS AS THEY ARE COMPLETED BEFORE PROCEEDING TO OPERATION OF DISHMA- CHINE. Has the dishmachine been checked for concealed/hidden damage? Has the dishmachine and the surrounding area been properly vented in accordance with all applicable codes? Has the dishmachine been properly leveled? Has the drain plumbing been installed with an air gap? Has the drain line been primed?
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS PREPARATION: Before proceeding with the start-up of the unit, Once the cycle is completed, open the door and remove the rack verify the following: of clean ware and allow to air dry. Replace with a rack of soiled ware and close the door.
Flush the arms out with fresh water. IMPORTANT: Remove only one nozzle at a time to ensure CJ-20 that you replace all of the nozzles as required. Each of the Wash Wash/Rinse Arm Nozzles are embossed with either an S or a D.
