This mostly happens when user opens multiple "Top 10 Views" and/or after a long inactive period
moves from one view/tab to another. (This is an open issue with ExtJS JavaScript library (1.1)
which is fixed in its later version.)

In Firefox, resizes the browser (even with slightest resize) and the issue will be resolved.

Make a right-mouse click against the specific tree-node for which this issue is observed and
then click on the "Reload View" popup menu. Generally in the machines with standard
memory configuration, this issue is not frequently observed.

6.5 General Recommendations


For any reason if user restarts UCM JBoss Service, he/she must restart IPFM Collector
Service since IPFM Collector Service uses/depends on JMS notification hosted by JBoss.

For any reason if user restarts UCM License Service, installs a new license and/or
uninstalls an existing license, he/she must restart IPFM Collector Service since IPFM
Collector Service loads the license information only during its start-up. So any runtime
change in license detail will not be visible until Collector service is restarted. In such scenario
user also need to re-login to IPFM UI after the license service is restarted.

In Internet Explorer browser IPFM runs and is rendered slowly with compared to Firefox
browser. Thus user is always recommended to use Firefox browser instead of Internet
Explorer.
