Click PA User Admin in the Menu frame.
A [Add new user]:
Enables you to create new user accounts.
B [Quick Setup]:
Enables you easily create user accounts with only a limited amount of information.
C Username:
Displays registered PA user names.
D 1st Extension:
Displays the extension number that is assigned to the first extension.
E Last Name:
Displays registered last name of PA users.
F First Name:
Displays registered first name of PA users.
G [Modify]:
Enables you to modify user account information.
H [Delete]:
Enables you to delete user accounts.
I (<<), (<), (>), (>>):
Changes the PA User Administration page.
Note
•
Up to 25 user accounts can be shown on a page.
•
Until new user accounts have been created, only the administrator's information appears in the list.
•
To create a new user account using Quick Setup, skip the steps 5 to 7, and refer to PA User Quick
Setup.
