802.1x Auth Mode Settings

The following window is used to set the type of authentication mode used in employing the 802.1X security settings.
Simply use the pull-down menu to select port_based or mac_based 802.1X and click the Apply button.

802.1X Authenticator Settings

To configure the 802.1X authenticator settings, click Configuration > Port Access Entity > 802.1x Authenticator

To view the 802.1X authenticator settings on a different line card in the switch stack, use the Unit pull-down menu to
select that switch by its ID number in the switch stack. To configure the settings by port, click on the hyperlinked port
number under the Port heading, which will display the following table to configure:
