Authenticator Diagnostics

This table contains the diagnostic information regarding the operation of the Authenticator associated with each port. The
user may choose the line card and port to view these statistics for by using the pull-down menus in the top left and corner.
This window is identical for both MAC-based and port-based 802.1X, except for the inclusion of the MAC address for
MAC-based. To view the Authenticator Diagnostics, click Monitoring > Port Access Control > Authenticator
Diagnostics.
The user can specify a switch in a switch stack using that switch's Unit ID by using the pull down menu in the top left
hand corner. The user may also select the desired time interval to update the statistics, between 1s and 60s, where "s"
stands for seconds. The default value is one second.

Description
The identification number assigned to the Port by the System
in which the Port resides. This field is only displayed when
802.1X is enabled by MAC address.
Counts the number of times that the state machine transitions
to the CONNECTING state from any other state.
Counts the number of times that the state machine transitions
from CONNECTING to DISCONNECTED as a result of
receiving an EAPOL-Logoff message.
