ADF scanner lid assembly removal

1. Remove the rear access cover.
2. Remove ground cable screw (A), and disconnect three cables (B) from
the system board.
3. Raise the ADF scanner lid assembly to the upright position.
4. Separate the ADF scanner lid hinges (C) from the scanner module
assembly.
