5.2 Adjustment (Calibration)

This section describes the procedures of the adjustment (Calibration).

5.2.1 G-Sensor's Zero Point Adjustment

The procedure of the G-Sensor's Zero Point Adjustment is explained below.
Purpose
To reset abnormal G-Sensor's Zero Point to adjust the Auto Keystone Correction function,
in the case that the G-Sensor's Zero Point has been set wrong for some reasons.
Setting Environment
Set the projector on an even workbench.
• Adjust the workbench as even as possible; the allowed inclination to the forward/back-
ward/left/right is within 0.5°. (Measure the value using a level.)
Procedure
1. Check all the feet are set in the standard status. (Front Foot x 1 /Rear Foot x 2)
• "Standard Status" means that all the feet are stowed fully to the end.
2. Keep pressing both the [Help] and [Source Search] buttons for five seconds.
• The Zero Point Adjustment is executed.
• When this adjustment has been successfully finished, a beep sounds once.

5.2.2 Inspection Procedure

After finishing the adjustment, check if the "Auto Keystone Correction" function works
properly.
