Discription
Raise the HDD ASSY (HA5A) and
remove the connector of FPC.
Detach the HDD ASSY (HA5A)
and Protection Rubber (A316*2).
GSC-R60 - Detach the HDD
ASSY (HA5A), Protection Rubber
(A316*2) and Protection Gel
(A358*4).
Remove the screws A326*2.
It raises shifting the Zoom Cover
ASSY (AA05) bottom to a back
side, and FPC is pull out from the
connector of a FLASH PCB ASSY
(UA51).
An Electric discharge machine is
applied between the elecrodes of
the capacitor of the FLASH PCB
ASSY (UA51) and it discharges.
Remove the screws A332*2 and
take off the HDD Case ASSY
(AC15).
Detach the HDD Case ASSY
(AC15) and Thermal Sheet B
(A347*2).
GSC30 - Detach the HDD Case
ASSY (AC15) and Protection Gel
(A358*2).

Remark
This work is unnecessary when
not exchanging HDD ASSY
(HA5A), Protection Rubber
(A316*2) and Protection Gel
(A358*4).
Lug is in the upper part and right
side, it raises underside and
shifting the bottom.
When removing the FPC, on both
sides of the portion near a
connector, it removes with
tweezers.
Discharge certainly for electric
shock prevention.
When you discharge, be careful
for the terminal of an electric
discharge machine not to contact
other parts (lens cover etc.).
Thermal Sheet B (A347*2) is stick
with Main PCB ASSY (U001).
When removing, a certain amount
of power is required.
This work is unnecessary when
not exchanging Protection Gel
(A358*2) and Thermal Sheet B
(A347*2).
The Thermal sheet B (A347*2)
may have stuck to the MAIN PCB
ASSY (U001).
