Other names
• "SAS card" refers to the SAS interface module normally used by the server. A "Host Bus
Adapter" (HBA) or "Channel Adapter" (CA) may be used instead, depending on the server.
• "SAS cable" refers to the SAS interface cables used to connect the ETERNUS Disk storage
system and server.
• Italics are used to show variables such as values and characters that appear in command
parameters and output examples.
