A. Install the fuel return hose (fuel return pipe to sub-
fuel tank) with its white paint mark facing upward.
B. Position the hose clamp over the white paint mark
on the hose, making sure not to install it on the
raised portion of the pipe.
C. Align the yellow paint mark on the air vent hose
(fuel hose joint to fuel tank) and fuel return hose
(fuel return pipe to sub-fuel tank) with the fuel hose
joint.
D. Face the fastener of the clamp downward, making
sure that the projections on the clamp are
positioned as shown in the illustration.
E. Align the white paint mark on the end of the fuel
return hose (fuel return pipe to sub-fuel tank) with
the white paint mark on the fuel return pipe.
F. Face the ends of the hose clamp outward.
G. Install the fuel return hose onto the fuel return pipe
until the hose contacts the white paint mark on the
pipe.
H. Align the ends of the hose clamps with the white
paint marks on the fuel return hose.
I. Face the ends of the hose clamp inward.
J. To the fuel injector
K. Align the clamp with the yellow paint mark, making
sure to face the fastener of the clamp to the left.
L. Face the ends of the hose clamp forward.
M. Install the air vent hose (fuel pump to fuel hose
joint) with its white paint mark facing upward.
N. Face the ends of the hose clamp upward.
O. Face the fastener of the clamp to the left.
P. Face the fastener of the clamp to the left. The
projections on the clamp may be facing in any
direction.
Q. Install the fuel hose (fuel tank to fuel hose joint)
with its white paint mark facing downward.
R. To the pressure regulator
S. Install the air vent hose (fuel hose joint to fuel tank)
with its white paint mark facing downward.
T. For California only
U. To the fuel tank
V. To the rollover valve
