Installing the Paper Roll
Notes:
Be sure to use roll paper that meets the specifications.
Do not use paper rolls which have the paper glued to the core
because the printer cannot detect the paper end correctly.
However, if you will stop the printing using the optional paper
roll near-end detector, you can use glued type paper rolls.
The illustrations used in this section are for the single-color type
printer. However, the procedure is the same for the two-color type
printer.
1. Using scissors, cut the leading edge of the paper roll as shown
below.
2. Turn on the printer and open the printer cover.
3. Insert the paper roll.
