Using the Flip Bar feature
Using the FlipBarfeatures
The Flip Bar function adds thumbnails of programs currently being
broadcast for set channels, the channel being watched at the same time
the previous day, or the chalmet being watched at the same time one week
previously to the bottom of the screen, malting it easy for you to choose a
channel. Up to l0 thumbnails can be displayed.
Thumbnails can be displayed at the bottom of the screen for the following
types of channels.
• Favorite Channels: Channels set as Favorite Channels.
• Yesterday*:
The channel being watched at the same time the previous
day.
• Last Week*: The channel being watched at the same time one week
previously.
• Starting with the channel being watched at the same time, up to
l0 thumbnails can be displayed for channels watched afterward,
measured at intervals of 30 minutes. A channel nmst have been
watched for at least 2 minutes to be included.
NOTN
o:, Timeinformation is required for theFlipBar.Timeinformation is
received througha networkconnection or digitalbroadcast signals.
A network connection is recommended for correctlyreceiving time
information.
Whenreceiving time information throughdigitalbroadcast signals,it
is required to setthechannel t o receive timeinformation in theFlip
BarWizard andselectthis channel e achtimetheTVis turnedon.

If time information is notbeingreceived correctly, r ecords of
previously watched channels maynotbestoredproperly.
¢ Therecords of previously watched channels maybeerased.
¢ WhenAutoTuningis performed, therecordof previously watched
channels is erased.
¢ An "ULTRA HD4K"iconappears in thumbnailsforchannels using4K
picturesignals.
Settingupthe Flip Bar
Set up the Flip Bar before use. Channels from devices connected through
IR Blaster, and DTV or cable TV channels can be registered.

Press the MENU button.

Select Options > Flip Bar Setup and press the OK button.
