Select whether or not a copy will also be printed when the data is saved. To print a copy, touch [Yes].

Specify the necessary copy settings.
– If a User Box function was set, [Save in User Box] appears selected.

Load the document into the ADF or place it on the original glass.

If desired, press the [Proof Copy] key to check a preview image.
– For details, refer to "Saving after previewing" on page 4-10.

Press the [Start] key in the control panel.
– If "Yes" was selected beside "Save & Print", the scanned document is copied and the document
data is saved in the specified user box.
– If "No" was selected beside "Save & Print", the scanned document data is saved in the specified
user box.
