Invacare ® Veranda™ 3000/4000
1. While supporting the elevating legrest A with one hand, rotate
angle adjustment knob B counter clockwise with other hand.
2. Pull the adjustment knob up, then lift or lower elevating legrest
to one of ten preset angle positions C.
3. Lower and tighten the adjustment knob to lock the elevating
legrest in the desired angle.

4.4 Using the Flip-Back Armrest

WARNING!
– DO NOT operate or replace flip-back armrest when
wheelchair is folded - otherwise injury or damage may
result.
– Ensure armrest is securely locked into arm socket and
armrest release button locks into place before using.
1. Unlock the flip-back armrests by pressing and holding down the
armrest release button A at the front of the armrest.
2. Pull the front of the swing-back arm B straight up/out of the arm
socket C and towards the rear of the wheelchair.

3. To use the swing-back arm, push the swing-back arm towards the
front of the wheelchair and then downward into the arm socket.
4. Push the front of the swing-back arm into the arm socket until
the armrest release button locks into the arm socket.
