Limited warranty
6. What must you return with the PRODUCT to get warranty service?
You must:
a. Return the entire ori�inal pa�ka�e and �ontents in�ludin� the PR�D�CT
to the servi�e lo�ation alon� with a des�ription of the malfun�tion or
diffi�ult�; and
b. In�lude "valid proof of pur�hase" (sales re�eipt) identif�in� the PR�D�CT
pur�hased (PR�D�CT model) and the date of pur�hase or re�eipt; and
�. Provide �our name, �omplete and �orre�t mailin� address, and
telephone number.
7. Other limitations
This warrant� is the �omplete and ex�lusive a�reement between �ou and the
manufa�turer of this AT&T branded PR�D�CT. It supersedes all other written
or oral �ommuni�ations related to this PR�D�CT. The manufa�turer provides
no other warranties for this PR�D�CT. The warrant� ex�lusivel� des�ribes all
of the manufa�turer's responsibilities re�ardin� the PR�D�CT. There are no
other express warranties. No one is authorized to make modifi�ations to this
limited warrant� and �ou should not rel� on an� su�h modifi�ation.
State/Provin�ial Law Ri�hts: This warrant� �ives �ou spe�ifi� le�al ri�hts,
and �ou mi�ht also have other ri�hts that var� from state to state or
provin�e to provin�e.
Limitations: Implied warranties, in�ludin� those of fitness for a parti�ular
purpose and mer�hantabilit� (an unwritten warrant� that the PR�D�CT is
fit for ordinar� use) are limited to one �ear from date of pur�hase. Some
states/provin�es do not allow limitations on how lon� an implied warrant�
lasts, so the above limitation mi�ht not appl� to �ou. In no event shall the
manufa�turer be liable for an� indire�t, spe�ial, in�idental, �onsequential,
or similar dama�es (in�ludin�, but not limited to lost profits or revenue,
inabilit� to use the PR�D�CT or other asso�iated equipment, the �ost of
substitute equipment, and �laims b� third parties) resultin� from the use of
this PR�D�CT. Some states/provin�es do not allow the ex�lusion or limitation
of in�idental or �onsequential dama�es, so the above limitation or ex�lusion
mi�ht not appl� to �ou.
