Limited warranty
4.
What is not covered by this limited warranty?
This limited warrant� does not �over:
•
PR�D�CT that has been subje�ted to misuse, a��ident, shippin� or other
ph�si�al dama�e, improper installation, abnormal operation or handlin�,
ne�le�t, inundation, fire, water, or other liquid intrusion; or
•
PR�D�CT that has been dama�ed due to repair, alteration, or modifi�ation
b� an�one other than an authorized servi�e representative of the
manufa�turer; or
•
PR�D�CT to the extent that the problem experien�ed is �aused b� si�nal
�onditions, network reliabilit� or �able or antenna s�stems; or
•
PR�D�CT to the extent that the problem is �aused b� use with non-AT&T
a��essories; or
•
PR�D�CT whose warrant�/qualit� sti�kers, PR�D�CT serial number plates
or ele�troni� serial numbers have been removed, altered or rendered
ille�ible; or
•
PR�D�CT pur�hased, used, servi�ed, or shipped for repair from outside the
�nited States of Ameri�a or Canada, or used for �ommer�ial or institutional
purposes (in�ludin� but not limited to produ�ts used for rental purposes);
or
•
PR�D�CT returned without a valid proof of pur�hase (see item 6 on next
pa�e); or
•
Char�es for installation or setup, adjustment of �ustomer �ontrols, and
installation or repair of s�stems outside the unit.

How do you get warranty service?
To obtain warrant� servi�e in the �nited States of Ameri�a, visit

N�TE: �efore �allin� for servi�e, please review the user's manual. A �he�k of
the PR�D�CT's �ontrols and features mi�ht save �ou a servi�e �all.
Ex�ept as provided b� appli�able law, �ou assume the risk of loss or dama�e
durin� transit and transportation and are responsible for deliver� or handlin�
�har�es in�urred in the transport of the PR�D�CT(s) to the servi�e lo�ation.
The manufa�turer will return repaired or repla�ed PR�D�CT under this
limited warrant�. Transportation, deliver� or handlin� �har�es are prepaid.
The manufa�turer assumes no risk for dama�e or loss of the PR�D�CT in
transit. If the PR�D�CT failure is not �overed b� this limited warrant�, or
proof of pur�hase does not meet the terms of this limited warrant�, the
manufa�turer notifies �ou and requests that �ou authorize the �ost of repair
prior to an� further repair a�tivit�. You must pa� for the �ost of repair and
return shippin� �osts for the repair of produ�ts that are not �overed b� this
limited warrant�.
