Set Up Your Group Dial List

The group dial list allows you to easily send the same fax message to many fax numbers in your
speed dial list. You can create up to 60 entries (combined with speed dial entries), with up to 30
entries in a group. You can also edit or delete entries, and print the list for easy reference.
Note:
You can also set up a group dial list in Windows.
Create a Group Dial Entry
1. Press the Copy/Fax button, if necessary.
2. Press the Menu button.
3. Press or to select Fax Settings, then press OK.
4. Press or to select Group Dial Setup, then press OK.
5. Press or to select Create, then press OK. You see the available entries.
6. Select or type the number of the entry you want to add, then press OK.
7. Use the numeric keypad to enter a name (up to 30 characters) to identify the group dial entry,
then press OK.
8. Select or type the number of a speed dial entry and press * to add the entry to the group dial
list.
Note:
Press * again to cancel adding the speed dial entry that you selected.
9. Repeat the steps above to add additional speed dial entries to the group.
10. When finished, press OK.
11. Press Menu to return to the Fax mode screen.

1. Press the Copy/Fax button, if necessary.
