You can use this feature to store up to 40 XM Satellite
Radio channels (AI to E8:5 preset channel groups with 8
preset channel numbers each). You can then recall the
preset channels easily by selecting the preset group and
number as described in "Preset Search mode" on page 8.
Search for an XM channel that you want to
preset.
See "Basic XM rMSatellite Radio operations" on
page 6 for details.

Press MEMORY.
The MEMORY indicator flashes in the front panel
display for about 10 seconds.

Press CAT/A-E o (<1 / D) repeatedly to select a
preset group while the MEMORY indicator is
flashing.

A colon (:) appears, and the MEMORY indicator

When you overwrite an existing preset channel, the previously
stored XM channel information is cleared and updated.
