○ Locate fl ange gasket over bolts of oil furnace mounting fl ange, prior to placing
bottom front cover up to mounting fl ange.
○ Adjust levelling bolt so mounting bolts on fl ange align with clearance holes in
bottom front panel when panel loosely fi t in fi nal position.
○ Correct position of bottom front panel has top fl ange of panel over top of fi rebox
front fl ange and underneath furnace bottom.
○ New bottom front panels in oil furnace module kits.

Not all oil burner module kits require adapter collar and second fi bre gasket.
Check "Manual" Addendum accompanying oil furnace module for specifi c assembly details.

○ Fasten bottom front cover to corner posts using hex head wildrill screws. Assemble burner, fl ange
adapter, and gaskets to oil furnace mounting fl ange bolts as per diagram.
○ Attach oil furnace sight glass, gasket, and bracket to bottom front panel using (2) hex screws.
