17 Reports

17.1 Start-up report

Put your signature and the date at the bottom of the
start-up report.
Start-up activities
1. Fill the heating system and check that all connections are tight
– Inlet pressure of expansion tank (observe the Installation Instructions
for the expansion tank)
– Pressurize the system
– Fill the condensate trap
2. Carry out a gas tightness test
3. Note down the gas characteristics:
4. Vent the gas supply conduit
5. Check and if necessary adjust the carbon monoxide content (CO
6. Check the combustion air/flue gas connection
7. Convert the appliance to another type of gas supply (only if allowed)
8. Measure the gas connection pressure (flow pressure)
9. Check and adjust the gas/air ratio
10. Measure the pressure on the testing nipple on the burner cover
11. Measure the pressure in the flue pipe
12. Measure the carbon monoxide content (CO)
13. Check and if necessary adjust the carbon monoxide content (CO
14. Make the necessary settings on the thermostat
15. Carry out function testing
16. Measuring the ionization current
17. Fitting the casing
18. Inform the owner; hand over the technical documents
