Filling the primary circuit, venting it and checking its pres-
sure

Please note
To prevent equipment damage,
it is vital to prevent the com-
pressor from being switched on
if the primary circuit has not
been filled.
For this, switch off the load cur-
rent to the compressor.
1. Only for commissioning:
Flush the primary circuit.
2. Only for commissioning:
Check the pre-charge pressure of
the expansion vessel and adjust, if
required (see page 110).

3. Only for commissioning:
Fill the primary circuit with heat
transfer medium and vent the cir-
cuit. The system must be protected
against frost down to -15°C.
4. Only for commissioning:
Check the connections for possible
leaks. Replace faulty or displaced
seals.
5. Check the primary circuit pressure.
The pressure should be approx.
2 bar.
