Action
If blank copies are found, make sure the original
document is facing down on the scanner bed.
Check the print cartridges to see if they need to be
cleaned or replaced.
Check the Copy Quality settings.
1. Load the document face down on the scanner glass.
2. Press Mode until the Copy light comes on.
3. Press Menu and the Copy menu opens with Copy
Quality highlighted.
4. Use the Left or Right Arrow button to select the
appropriate copy quality for the document.
• Automatic—The All-In-One sets the print quality
according to the paper type loaded.
• Draft—For a quick copy
• Normal—Recommended for most types of
documents
• Photo—Best for photos and documents with
graphics
5. Press Select to save the changes.
