1 Check all toner level sensor cables connected
to the rear of the HVPS.
Are any of the cables damaged?
2 Disconnect the cable in JHVPS from the
system board and HVPS. Check for the
following continuity.
Is continuity present?
3 Disconnect one of the toner level sensors,
and POR the printer. See
