Check all toner level sensor cables connected
to the rear of the HVPS.
Are any of the cables damaged?

Disconnect the cable in JHVPS from the
system board and HVPS. Check for the
following continuity.
Is continuity present?

Disconnect one of the toner level sensors,
and POR the printer. See
sensor removal" on page
Does the 920.12 error occur again?
