6-2. Registering Storage Locations/Destinations

Box input screen

Input the box number from 1 to 9998 with the copier's number keys.
If you input the wrong number, touch the [Box No.] key on the LCD screen on the copier to erase
the input number.
1000 boxes can be registered.
If you make a mistake while inputting, touch the [Box No.] key to delete the entered characters.

Touch the [Profile] key.
→ The [Data input] screen is displayed.

Use the character keys to input the name.
The [Profile] may be up to 24 characters.
For details on character input, refer to [Chapter 3 Inputting Text] (

Touch the [OK] key.
→ The display returns to the [Box registration/edit] screen.

Select [A-] - [No. etc] to set the registration group.
When you register a group, it is displayed in the groups registered with the [Box select] screen.
→ The selected group is displayed in the [Character to search] column.
