Scan to E-mail

The scanned data is sent to the specified E-mail address. Input the address and name on the screen and
send as an E-mail attached file.
Multiple destinations can be selected.
There are two methods for inputting the destination: Inputting manually and selecting from the destinations
already registered.
Inputting the destination manually (

G Up to five destinations can be input manually.
G When selecting destinations from those already registered, up to 400 can be selected.
G When specifying from input manually and selecting from those already registered, up to 405 can be sent
at the same time.
Inputting the destination manually

Touch the [E-mail] key on [Select transmission object] screen.
→ [E-mail] is displayed inverted. The [E-mail] screen is displayed.

Touch the [File name] key.
→ The [Data input] screen is displayed.
