Troubleshooting
When a problem occurs, first check the following. If the problem persists, contact your dealer or service representative.
Symptom
Cannot send document.
Cannot use the remote
switching function.
No print output after reception.
Cannot receive document.
Cannot perform memory

Is free space available in the
memory?

Corrective Action
Connect the modular cord correctly.
Remedy the cause of error and send
again.
Cancel the TX restriction.
Some phones may transmit tone signals
using buttons. Refer to the operation
manual of your phone set.
Check the registration. (Default: 55)
Check the forwarding destination.
Connect the modular cord correctly.
Remedy the cause of error and ask the
sender to retry.
Cancel the RX restriction.
Receive after the memory has free space,
or create free space in the memory.
Check the memory forwarding setting.
