5.4 Using the User Box function

List of Documents

Select a User Box in "Open User Box". The basic information of the User Box is displayed with a list of the
documents saved in the User Box.

Description
Specify whether to view the thumbnail images of the document.
A list is displayed if the thumbnail view is turned off.
Select an operation.
For details, refer to page 5-8.
Press this button to display the "Select" check box beside all documents with
which the selected operation can be performed.
Displays a check box beside all documents with which the selected operation
can be performed.
Displays thumbnail images of the document.
Displays the name of the document.
Displays the number of originals in a document.
Press this button to change the document name.
