TREADMILL KEY FUNCTIONS
time, age, max speed, weight and heart rate.
During a workout, the numbers are used to enter either a desired speed or incline value.
Fast Speed Entry - You may use the keypad to quickly adjust your speed. Use the keypad to enter the desired
speed, then press ENTER to confi rm the new speed. For example, to go 4.5 MPH, press 4, 5, and ENTER and the
speed will automatically adjust to 4.5 MPH. The desired speed must fall within the treadmill's speed range of 0.5 to
12.0 MPH (0.8-19.2 KM/H). Speed will ramp up/down to selected speed.
Fast Incline Entry - You may use the keypad to quickly adjust your incline. Use the keypad to enter the desired
incline, then press INCLINE UP or INCLINE DOWN to confi rm the new incline. For example, to go to 4% incline,
press 4,0, and INCLINE UP or DOWN. For 6.5% incline, press 6, 5, and INCLINE UP or DOWN. For 12% incline,
press 1, 2, 0, and INCLINE UP or DOWN. The desired incline level must fall within the treadmill's incline range of
0-15%.
Scan Key — During the exercise program, the Scan Key is used to select between various displayed information. When
a workout is started, the display is in the Scan On Mode and the various exercise statistics will scroll thru every few
seconds. Pressing the Scan Key will select between the various statistics and locks on a specifi c readout. Pressing and
holding the Scan Key for 2 seconds will turn the Scan feature back on.
My Nautilus™ Key — This key is not active on 220volt units.
ROC™ Bar Keys (T518 only) - The T518 is equipped with the Remote Operation Control™ (ROC™) system. This
keypad contains INCLINE UP, INCLINE DOWN, START, STOP, SPEED UP, and SPEED DOWN keys. These keys function
in the same way as described above.
