Setting the Stopper
When A3-size, B4-size, or ledger-size paper is printed, arrange the
stopper on the upper cover as follows:

When you do not use the stopper, return it to the original position
in reverse order of setting.

1. Pull out the stopper. Hold
the stopper at the front
center of the upper cover
and pull it toward you.
2. Raise the stopper and
adjust it for the paper size
to be used.
• Raise the stopper in the
vertical position.
• For B4-size paper, push in
the stopper all the way.
• For A3-size paper, adjust
the square window of the
stopper to the A3 mark.
• For ledger-size paper, pull
out the stopper all the
way.
