Caution:
If the print unit is hard to install, make sure that the green levers be
returned to the original positions (see the preceding step 5).

6. Close the paper guide.
Push the paper guide q
toward the rear of the
printer and press it down
until the two green claws at
both ends of the guide are
locked. Then, pull the green
levers w at both ends of the
roller toward you and press
it down to lock them.
7. Install the print unit. Hold
the handles at both top ends
of the print unit with the
photoconductor drum
facing you.
• Gently slide the print unit
down along the grooves at
both sides of the printer
inside.
• Gently press the top of
the print unit down to
seat it in place.
8. Close the upper cover.
Upper cover
Before closing it, make sure
the print unit is in place.
