System Status
The System Status section can show information useful for troubleshooting.

Click Modem Status to see the status information related to the device and the connection,
including ERI version and PRL ID.

Click System Log to see a log of connections, including destination IP address and port.
The System Log must be enabled on the Settings page. [See

Restart / Reset
You can restart your MiFi from this page.
➤ ➊
Click Restart to reset your MiFi (as if you turned the power off then on again).
IMPORTANT
Your Internet and WiFi connections will be lost and you will have to reconnect.

Click Reset to Factory Defaults to set all settings back to factory values.
IMPORTANT
