At the Super Finish 7000 unit a diaphragm pump takes in the coating materials and transports it via a high-pressure hose to the spray gun with the airless tip. Here the coating material atomizes since it is pressed through the tip core at a maximum pressure of 25 MPa (250 bar, 3625 psi). -
