Wiring Multiple EL25 Units to Telco Line

EL25s can share the same phone line. The bypass boards allow the EL25 units to be
disconnected without interrupting normal telephone operation.
When the EL25 units are in use , the bypass switches must be set to the operate position.
When the EL25 units are disconnected , the bypass switches must be set to the bypass position.

measurement between the Tip
and Ring should read between
48 and 53 VDC.
Never
run Data wires and
High Voltage wires in the
s a m e c o n d u i t . T h e h i g h
voltage wires may interfere
with the data wires, possibly
c a u s i n g t h e s y s t e m t o
malfunction.
Do Not
overload the removable
terminal block connectors. One
wire per hole.
