4-9-1. INCOM (T) Level Set Adjustment

Preparation:
. S5/SW-1189 board → "ECM"
. MIC switch/CCU front panel → "MIC ON"
Measurement point: TP202 (GND: E1)/AU-295 board
Adjustment point: 1RV202 (TALK LEV)/AU-295
board
Adjustment procedure:
1. Connect the audio generator to the INCOM connector
on the CCU front panel as shown below.

2. Input 1 kHz/220 mV p-p sine wave from the audio
generator.
3. Adjust 1RV202 (TALK LEV) on the AU-295 board
so that TP202 signal level becomes 200 ± 10 mV p-p.

1. Connect the audio generator to the INCOM connector
on the CCU front panel as shown below.

2. Adjust the audio generator output level so that 1 kHz/
200 mV sine wave appears at TP202 (GND: E1) on the
AU-295 board.
3. Adjust again 1RV102 (SIDE TONE) on the AU-295
board so that TP206 level becomes 330 ± 60 mV p-p.

The value above is determined for maintenance.
Adjust the level as required by customers for actual
operation.
