POWER
Your Elliptical Trainer is self-generating (requiring no external power
source) and in this mode must be pedaled to power-up the Console.
Alternatively, the Elliptical Trainer can also be plugged into an outlet using
the included power supply. If using the Elliptical Trainer in this mode,
ensure that it is properly connected to the power outlet, then turn on the
Power switch, located near the power supply.
EASY START
Simply press the START button to begin exercising in the MANUAL
Program.
