To receive and view a fax:

Start
PhoneTools opens. When PhoneTools is open, it detects incoming faxes
and stores them in the In Box.

The fax viewer opens, where you can view and print the fax.
For more information on receiving a fax, double-click the
HelpSpot icon on your desktop.
