Dialling a number from the directory
You can save up to 200 entries in the local directory. You can create directory entries and man-
age them quickly and easily using the Web configurator (

To dial a number proceed as follows:

Dialling a number using a function key
You can assign phone numbers to up to 7 function keys; you then only need to press a key
once to dial the number. You can increase the number of function keys by connecting exten-
sion modules. Use the Web configurator to assign numbers to the function keys
