To display messages at your extension:
 Press the Message key MSG
The display shows the extension number(s) which left you a message and the
number of messages left. If you have more than 1 message, press the Message
key MSG again for the next message to be displayed.
To cancel message waiting:
If you want to cancel a message you left at an extension:
 Press the Speaker key SPKR
 Wait for the dial tone
 Press the Message key MSG then dial
 Dial the extension number of the message you wish to cancel
 Wait for a confirmation tone
 Press the Speaker key SPKR
If you want to cancel all messages left at your extension:
 Press Speaker key SPKR
 Wait for the dial tone
 Press the Message key

 Dial
and the lamp will be off
 Wait for a confirmation tone
 Press the Speaker key SPKR

Microphone Cut-Off

Allows you to disable the microphone in your phone for privacy.
Operation
To turn the microphone on:
 Press the Feature key FEAT then dial
if assigned as a key and the lamp will be off
To turn the microphone off:
 Press the Feature key FEAT then dial
key if assigned as a key and the lamp will be solid red
