    Authentication Panasonic Device Users Users login to the Panasonic machine using their Windows account (user name and password). System administrator The system administrator can manage user accounts by using the Windows Server. User authentication can be set independently for each function (copying, faxing, scanning, and printing).

    Registration of Domain Name This sets the NetBIOS domain names and DNS suffi x to use for user authentication. Enter the Key Operator's ID Code (4 digits), Press the Function key. and then select "OK" . Select "General Settings" . Select "78 User Auth.
