Other Option Settings
Within the Other Option menu, you can program the following:

• Change PIN for handset

• Set Auto Talk ON/OFF

The Auto Talk feature allows you to answer a call by lifting the handset off the
base unit without pressing m. If you want to use this feature, turn the feature
ON. The factory preset is OFF. In order to view caller's phone number before
answering a call, leave the Auto Talk feature OFF.

• Select Battery Type

Two Nickel metal hydride (Ni-MH) rechargeable batteries are included with this
unit. Ensure that the battery selection is set to Ni-MH, or the battery strength
will not be displayed correctly.
