Transferring a call using the Intercom
3. (Handset 2) When unit rings, Z O to answer

• The transfer is completed.
Handset 2 can answer the call

(Ending the Intercom) (Handset 1)

• Handset 1 returns to the call.
Transferring a Call without the Intercom
This feature enables you to transfer the call to another handset
without waiting for the paged handset to answer.
Eg. Handset 1 is transferring a call to Handset 2.
1. (Handset 1) During a call, Z N and enter the desired
handset number
2. (Handset 1) Z O to transfer the call
• The call is put on hold.
3. (Handset 2) When unit rings, Z O to answer.
• The transfer is completed.
• If the paged handset is not answered within 30 seconds, a
ring tone sounds at the paging handset. The paging handset
can return to the call by pressing O.
Conference
During a call using the handset, you can make an intercom call
to another handset and then combine the calls together to
establish a conference call between handsets registered to the
same base unit.
1. (Handset 1) During a call, Z N then enter the desired
handset number
• The call is put on hold.
• If there is no answer, Z N to return to the call.
2. (Handset 2) When the unit rings, Z O to answer
3. (Handset 1) Z C to establish a conference call.
4. (Handset 1 or 2) Z O to hang up on conference call.
