Monitor / Silent Monitor

Monitor a co-worker's phone conversation without them knowing you are on the phone.
Use Monitor to listen in on a co-worker's call. Just call the busy extension and dial the Monitor code. The busy co-worker and
their caller have no indication of the intrusion. There are no tones heard and there is no visual indication that you are monitoring
the call. This feature is typically used by a service department supervisor, for example. The department supervisor can listen
to the questions that callers ask without disturbing the service call.
