If you cannot find the jammed paper in the tray, pull the
upper tray half way out of the printer and open the side
cover, and pull the jammed paper out.

Slide the trays back into the printer. Printing can be
resumed.
If the problem consists, unplug all cables from the machine.
Remove the optional tray from the machine as shown.
Then remove the jammed paper.
