Problem
The appliance fills with
water and drain immedi-
ately.
The washing results are
not satisfactory.
After the check, activate the appliance. The programme continues from the point of interruption.
If the problem occurs again, contact the service centre.

pliance for guarantee condition and point of
contact. The information to give to the service is

Possible cause
The load is very small.
The end of the drain hose is too
low.
The detergent you used was not
sufficient or correct.
You did not remove the stubborn
stains before you wash the laun-
dry.
Incorrect temperature was set.
Too much laundry load.
Possible solution
Add more laundry in the drum.
Make sure that the drain hose is in the cor-
rect position. Refer to 'Installation'.
Increase the detergent quantity or use a dif-
ferent one.
Use special products to remove the stub-
born stains.
Make sure that you set the correct tempera-
ture.
Decrease the laundry load.
