6. 2. Troubleshooting flow

* The letters in the left of inspection items indicate the P.C. Boards or Modules related to their respective descriptions.
* Inspection should be done with "ON" to interlock switch. (inter lock detection)
Push the interlock switch to the ON state, and paste the adhesive tape.
 The projector does not become standby mode. (The power indicator does not illuminate red.)
Confirm the power supply is 90 V - 264 V AC.
Confirm every connector (especially, A5, A8, A9, P3,
K3, K4 and P1) is connected and the lamp unit cover
is installed properly.

Confirm the interlock switch on A-P.C.Board is ON.
Disconnect the connector A5, check between
A
terminal 13 and 12. Short circuit?
Check between terminal 1 and 3 of connector K3.

Short circuit?
Check between terminal 1 and 3 of connector P1.
P
Check between terminal 13 and 12 of connector P3.
Short circuit?
Confirm the thermal fuse installed in side of the lamp house.
K2
Confirm the fuse (F9101) has blown.
Replace the P-P.C.Board, then confirm the power indicator
illuminates red.

Check the power supply.
NO
Connect the connectors or install the cover properly.
NG
Solder the properly or replace the interlock switch.

Check L1074, C1209, C1211 and C1213.

Check the K2-P.C.Board.

Replace the P-P.C.Board.

Replace the thermal fuse. (Wire Harness)

Replace F9101, then confirm the projector becomes

standby mode. (If not, go to the next.)
