REMOVING THE LOWER BRACKET

1. Stand the scooter on a level surface.
s WARNING
s
Securely support the scooter so that there
is no danger of it falling over.
2. Remove:
• handlebar
3. Remove:
• brake caliper
• brake hose holder
4. Disconnect:
• speed sensor coupler
5. Remove:
• clamp
6. Remove:
• ring nut (upper)
7. Remove:
• lock washer
• ring nut (center)
• rubber washer
• ring nut (lower)
s WARNING
s
Securely support the lower bracket so that
there is no danger of it falling.
8. Remove:
• lower bracket
