■ General Description

Your facsimile machine has several basic settings (User Parameters) to help you keep records of the documents you
send or receive. For example, the built-in clock keeps the current date and time, and your LOGO and ID Number help
to identify you when you send or receive documents.
These parameters can be programmed via your PC by using the Configuration Editor included with the Panasonic
Document Management System software CD-ROM (included with the machine).
Follow the Operating Instructions included with the Panasonic Document Management System application.

1. You may use to enter a "+" character at the beginning of the ID number to indicate the
following digit(s) for your country code.
Ex: +1 201 555 1212
+81 3 111 2345
